Section 1 — Status and Scope of this Policy
Part of your contract, setting the rules for what you can upload and how you can use the service. The main Terms win on money and liability; this Policy wins on the detailed content and use rules; the data protection and AI documents win where the law requires it.
1.1
This Acceptable Use and Customer Content Policy forms part of the Terms of Service Agreement between VectorPitch and the Customer.
1.2
This Policy sets out rules for use of the Service, including acceptable use, prohibited use, Customer Content, Customer Outputs, video uploads, footage rights, youth and academy footage, external sharing, takedown requests, rights complaints, safeguarding concerns and enforcement.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Notice, AI and Model Improvement Notice, Sub-processor List, Cookie Policy and any applicable Subscription Plan.
1.4
If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the Terms will prevail on contractual matters including payment, fees, liability, indemnities, suspension, termination and remedies. This Policy will prevail to the extent it contains more specific rules on acceptable use, Customer Content, Customer Outputs, video uploads, external sharing, takedown requests, rights complaints, safeguarding concerns or misuse of the Service. The Data Processing Agreement will prevail in respect of Customer Personal Data processed by VectorPitch as processor. The Privacy Notice and AI and Model Improvement Notice will prevail to the extent required by Applicable Data Protection Laws or Applicable AI Laws.
1.5
Any plain-English explanations, summaries, panels, side notes or similar materials displayed alongside this Policy are provided for convenience only. They do not amend, limit or override the legal terms set out in this Policy.

You're responsible for everything done through your account — by your users, or by anyone using your links or logins.
3.1
The Customer is responsible for all use of the Service by its Authorised Users and by any person who accesses the Service through the Customer's accounts, organisations, teams, squads, sharing links or credentials.
3.2
The Customer must ensure that all Authorised Users comply with this Policy, the Terms and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, league requirements, competition rules, safeguarding obligations, club policies, academy policies, school policies and third-party rights.
3.3
The Customer is responsible for configuring and managing its organisations, teams, squads, roles, permissions, sharing settings and access controls.
3.4
The Customer is responsible for deciding which Authorised Users may upload, access, analyse, export, download or share Customer Content and Customer Outputs.
3.5
The Customer must ensure that any person who creates an organisation, accepts this Policy, uploads Customer Content, enables sharing, confirms upload permissions, invites users or manages Customer Content is authorised to do so on behalf of the Customer.
3.6
Where Customer Content or Customer Outputs include children or young players, the Customer must ensure that access is limited to appropriate Authorised Users and that appropriate safeguarding, privacy and permission controls are in place.
3.7
Where the Customer is a school, university, academy, youth organisation or organisation acting in an education, academy or youth development context, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that its use of the Service complies with applicable education, safeguarding, child protection, parental notification, institutional governance and youth sport requirements.
Section 4 — General Acceptable Use Rules
Use the service for lawful sports analysis and nothing else. In short: don't break the law or third-party rights, don't harass or surveil people, don't use the AI for high-risk or emergency decisions, don't attack or probe the service, don't reverse-engineer it or build a competitor, and don't resell it.
4.1
The Customer and its Authorised Users must use the Service only for lawful, authorised and appropriate sports analysis purposes.
4.2
The Customer and its Authorised Users must not:
- (a) use the Service in breach of applicable law;
- (b) use the Service in breach of the Terms, this Policy or any applicable Subscription Plan;
- (c) use the Service in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates third-party rights;

- (f) use the Service for unlawful surveillance;
- (g) use the Service to process footage or data in a way that breaches safeguarding obligations;
- (h) use the Service for biometric identification, biometric categorisation, emotion recognition, medical assessment, injury assessment, employment decision-making, recruitment, disciplinary decisions, safeguarding decisions or other High-Risk Use unless expressly agreed in writing with VectorPitch, not prohibited by Applicable AI Laws, including where applicable the EU AI Act, and the Customer has all required lawful bases, regulatory approvals, AI law compliance measures and safeguards in place for such use;
- (i) use AI Outputs as the sole basis for any High-Risk Use;
- (j) use the Service or AI Outputs for emergency, urgent safeguarding, urgent medical, urgent welfare or real-time safety decisions;
- (k) interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- (l) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any account, organisation, system, network, data or content;
- (m) bypass, disable, interfere with or circumvent any security, access control, usage limit, rate limit, entitlement, payment control or technical restriction;
- (n) upload malware, malicious code, corrupted files or harmful content;
- (o) conduct technical testing, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, scraping, load testing, stress testing, security testing or similar activity without VectorPitch's prior written approval, agreed scope and agreed testing window;

- (q) scrape, harvest, extract or bulk-download data except through functionality made available by VectorPitch for that purpose;
- (r) use the Service, Customer Content, Customer Outputs, AI Outputs or Service outputs to train, fine-tune, validate, calibrate or develop a competing product, computer vision model, AI model or commercial service;

4.3
Clause 4.2(s) does not restrict customers from making good-faith statements about their experience of using the Service in ordinary commercial communications.
4.4
Clauses 4.2(r) and 4.2(s) do not prevent a Customer from carrying out internal evaluation of the Service for its own procurement, operational, renewal, governance or compliance purposes, provided that the Customer does not use that evaluation to develop, improve, train, fine-tune, validate or calibrate a competing product, computer vision model, AI model or commercial service, and does not publish formal benchmark results or systematic competitive comparisons externally without VectorPitch's prior written approval.
4.5
In any genuine emergency involving risk to life, immediate physical safety or urgent safeguarding risk, the Customer should contact the relevant emergency services or safeguarding authorities directly. VectorPitch is not an emergency response service.
4.6
Security reports should be sent to security@vectorpitch.com.
Section 5 — Customer Content and Customer Output Standards
Don't upload content you lack rights to, anything unlawful, child abuse material, malware, or sensitive health and biometric data — and nothing that breaks safeguarding or league rules. We don't check whether you had the right to upload something; tell us promptly if you find out you didn't.
5.1
The Customer must not upload, create, store, process, analyse, export, share or distribute Customer Content or Customer Outputs that:
- (a) are unlawful;
- (b) infringe intellectual property rights, broadcast rights, image rights, confidentiality rights, privacy rights, data protection rights or other third-party rights;
- (c) the Customer does not have the right, permission, licence, consent, authorisation or lawful basis to use;
- (d) contain child sexual abuse material, child exploitation material or material that sexualises, exploits, endangers or abuses a child;
- (e) contain unlawful violence, threats, harassment or abuse;
- (f) contain malicious code, malware or harmful files;
- (g) contain medical, injury, health, wellness or similar Special Category Data unless expressly agreed in writing with VectorPitch, and the Customer has all required lawful bases under Article 6 GDPR, all required conditions under Article 9(2) GDPR or equivalent under applicable law, and all required notices, consents and safeguards in place;
- (h) are used or configured for biometric identification, biometric categorisation, emotion recognition, medical assessment, injury assessment or other Special Category Data processing unless expressly agreed in writing with VectorPitch, not prohibited by Applicable AI Laws, including where applicable the EU AI Act, and the Customer has all required lawful bases, Article 9 GDPR conditions or equivalent legal bases, regulatory approvals, notices, consents and safeguards in place;
- (i) are uploaded or shared in breach of safeguarding obligations; or
- (j) are uploaded or shared in breach of league, competition, club, academy, school, university, venue, broadcaster or third-party requirements.
5.2
VectorPitch does not verify whether the Customer owns, controls or has permission to use Customer Content or Customer Outputs.
5.3
VectorPitch's acceptance, processing, storage, analysis or display of Customer Content or Customer Outputs does not confirm that the Customer has the rights, permissions, consents, licences, notices or lawful bases required to use that Customer Content or Customer Outputs.
5.4
The Customer must promptly notify VectorPitch if it becomes aware that Customer Content or Customer Outputs have been uploaded, created, used, exported or shared unlawfully or in breach of this Policy, the Terms, safeguarding requirements or third-party rights.
Section 6 — Video Upload Rules
Every video must be lawful and properly permissioned. Before uploading, make sure you have the rights for everything the service will do with it — store, analyse, share, and on some plans use for model improvement.
6.1
The Customer may upload video files supported by the Service, subject to technical constraints, product functionality, usage limits and the applicable Subscription Plan.
6.2
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that each uploaded video is lawful, appropriate, properly permissioned and suitable for processing through the Service.
6.3
Before uploading video footage, the Customer must ensure that it has all rights, permissions, consents, licences, notices and lawful bases required to:
- (a) upload the footage to VectorPitch;
- (b) store the footage in the Service;
- (c) analyse the footage using AI Features and manual tools;
- (d) create tags, clips, annotations, comments, playlists, presentations, reports and exports;
- (e) share the footage and outputs with Authorised Users;
- (f) share clips, playlists, reports, exports or links externally where applicable;
- (g) use the footage for Model Improvement where the applicable Subscription Plan includes Model Improvement (see section 12 for exclusion options); and
- (h) process personal data contained in the footage.
6.4
The Customer must not upload footage if it is prohibited from doing so by law, contract, league rule, competition rule, venue condition, broadcast restriction, safeguarding requirement, school policy, academy policy, club policy or other applicable obligation.
6.5
VectorPitch may use automated tools to classify or assess uploaded video, including to determine whether footage appears to be match footage, training footage, broadcast footage, panoramic footage, fixed-camera footage or highlights.
6.6
Automated video classification does not verify the Customer's rights or permissions in the footage.
6.7
The Customer must ensure that upload confirmations are completed only by Authorised Users who have appropriate authority and sufficient knowledge to make the confirmation on behalf of the Customer.
Section 7 — Footage Rights and Broadcast Rights
You must hold or have licensed all the rights the footage needs. Having filmed something doesn't give you broadcast rights and vice versa, and having a copy of a video isn't the same as having the right to use it.
7.1
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that it holds, controls or has validly licensed all rights required to upload, analyse, store, export and share footage through the Service.
7.2
Required rights may include:
- (a) filming rights;
- (b) broadcast rights;
- (c) league rights;
- (d) competition rights;
- (e) venue rights;
- (f) club rights;
- (g) academy rights;
- (h) school or university rights;
- (i) image rights;
- (j) player permissions;
- (k) staff permissions;
- (l) referee or official permissions;
- (m) parent or guardian permissions;
- (n) intellectual property rights;
- (o) data protection rights;
- (p) confidentiality permissions; and
- (q) social media or publication rights where content is shared externally.
7.3
Broadcast rights are separate from filming rights. The Customer must not upload broadcast footage unless it has the right to use that broadcast footage in the Service.
7.4
Footage obtained from broadcasters, league feeds, streaming platforms, social media, video platforms, opposition clubs, scouts, agents, analysts or third parties may be subject to rights and restrictions. The Customer is responsible for assessing and complying with those rights and restrictions.
7.5
The Customer must not assume that possession of a video file gives the Customer the right to upload, analyse, store, export or share that footage through the Service.
7.6
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any public sharing or publication of Customer Content or Customer Outputs complies with rights in footage, player images, club marks, league marks, competition marks, broadcast graphics, music, commentary and other third-party materials.
Section 8 — Opposition Teams, Referees, Staff and Spectators
Footage routinely captures people beyond your own team. Making sure you can lawfully process their data is your responsibility.
8.1
Match and training footage may include opposition players, opposition staff, referees, officials, match staff, venue staff, spectators, parents, guardians and other incidental individuals.
8.2
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the rights, permissions, notices, lawful bases and safeguards required for processing personal data relating to such individuals through the Service.
8.3
The Customer must consider whether any league, competition, club, school, academy, venue, broadcaster, privacy or safeguarding requirements apply to footage involving opposition teams or third parties.
8.4
VectorPitch does not obtain permissions from opposition teams, referees, officials, spectators or incidental individuals on behalf of the Customer.
Section 9 — Children, Young Players and Academy Footage
Handling footage of under-18s lawfully and with proper safeguarding is yours to get right. To keep youth footage out of model improvement, choose a plan that excludes it, use the control, or get written confirmation from us — before that footage is used.
9.1
Customer Content and Customer Outputs may include children or young players where the Customer uses the Service for academies, schools, youth teams or similar programmes.
9.2
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all use of children's or young players' footage through the Service is lawful, fair, transparent, appropriately permissioned and properly safeguarded.
9.3
The Customer's responsibilities may include:
- (a) parent or guardian notices, consents or authorisations;
- (b) player notices;
- (c) safeguarding controls;
- (d) age-appropriate transparency measures;
- (e) club, academy, school, university, league and competition requirements;
- (f) restrictions on access, download, export and sharing;
- (g) appropriate lawful bases under Applicable Data Protection Laws;
- (h) appropriate internal governance for staff and Authorised Users; and
- (i) restrictions on social media or public sharing.
9.4
The Customer must restrict access to teams, squads, videos, clips, playlists, reports and exports involving children to appropriate Authorised Users.
9.5
The Customer must not use the Service in a way that exploits, endangers, harasses, humiliates, discriminates against or otherwise harms children or young players.
9.6
The Customer must not upload or share content involving children where doing so would breach safeguarding requirements, parent or guardian expectations, school requirements, academy policies, league rules, competition rules or applicable law.
9.7
Where a Subscription Plan includes Model Improvement and the Customer wishes to exclude youth, academy or school footage from Model Improvement, the Customer must select a Subscription Plan that includes that exclusion, enable the relevant product control if available, or obtain written confirmation from VectorPitch before the relevant content is processed by VectorPitch for Model Improvement purposes.
9.8
Where the Customer uses the Service in an education, academy, youth development or school context, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that its use is consistent with its institutional policies, safeguarding framework, parental communications and applicable child protection requirements.
Section 10 — Health, Injury, Wellness and Special Category Data
The service isn't built for health, medical or biometric use. Don't upload medical records without our written agreement and the right legal bases. Tracking and movement stats are performance analysis, not injury diagnosis — don't repurpose them to infer health data.
10.1
The Service is not designed or intended for health, injury, medical, wellness, biometric identification, biometric categorisation, emotion recognition or similar Special Category Data processing.
10.2
The Customer must not upload medical records, injury records, health notes, wellness records or similar Special Category Data into the Service unless expressly agreed in writing with VectorPitch, and the Customer has all required lawful bases under Article 6 GDPR, all required conditions under Article 9(2) GDPR or equivalent under applicable law, and all required notices, consents and safeguards in place.
10.3
Movement, tracking, speed, distance, acceleration and positioning metrics are generated for sports analysis purposes. VectorPitch does not use these outputs to uniquely identify individuals or create biometric templates. The Customer must not use these outputs as a medical assessment, injury diagnosis, health inference or health screening tool, or combine them with other information to infer Special Category Data, unless the Customer has all required lawful bases, Article 9 GDPR conditions or equivalent legal bases, notices, safeguards and appropriate human review in place.
10.4
If the Customer uses the Service or outputs, alone or with other information, to infer health, injury, biometric characteristics, Special Category Data or similar sensitive information, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has all required lawful bases, Article 9 GDPR conditions or equivalent legal bases, notices, consents and safeguards.
Section 11 — AI Outputs and Prohibited High-Risk Use
Check and correct AI outputs before acting on them. For any decision that materially affects a person, a qualified human must make and own that decision.
11.1
AI Outputs are provided for coaching, tactical analysis, video review and decision-support.
11.2
AI Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, inconsistent or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
11.3
The Customer and its Authorised Users must review, correct and validate AI Outputs before relying on them.
11.4
The Customer must not use AI Outputs as the sole basis for decisions relating to:
- (a) player health;
- (b) injury;
- (c) medical treatment;
- (d) safeguarding;
- (e) employment;
- (f) discipline;
- (g) player selection;
- (h) contracts;
- (i) scholarships;
- (j) eligibility;
- (k) player welfare;
- (l) access to opportunities; and
- (m) any other decision that may produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning an individual.
11.5
The Customer must not use the Service for biometric identification, biometric categorisation, emotion recognition, medical assessment, injury assessment, employment decision-making, recruitment, disciplinary decisions, safeguarding decisions or other High-Risk Use unless expressly agreed in writing with VectorPitch, not prohibited by Applicable AI Laws, including where applicable the EU AI Act, and the Customer has all required lawful bases, regulatory approvals, AI law compliance measures and safeguards in place for such use.
11.6
The Customer must not use the Service or AI Outputs for emergency, urgent safeguarding, urgent medical, urgent welfare or real-time safety decisions.
11.7
Further information about AI Features, AI Outputs, Model Improvement, human review and AI limitations is set out in the AI and Model Improvement Notice.
Section 12 — Model Improvement
How to opt out — a plan that excludes it, the product control, or written confirmation from us, before the content is used. An opt-out applies going forward and doesn't undo anonymised training material already created.
12.1
Some Subscription Plans may include use of Customer Content and related outputs for Model Improvement.
12.2
Model Improvement is governed by the Terms, Privacy Notice, Data Processing Agreement where applicable, and AI and Model Improvement Notice.
12.3
Where a Subscription Plan includes Model Improvement, the Customer must ensure that it has provided any notices and obtained any permissions, consents, authorisations or lawful bases required for that processing.
12.4
Where the Customer requires exclusion from Model Improvement, the Customer must select a Subscription Plan that includes that exclusion, enable the applicable product control if available, or obtain written confirmation from VectorPitch before the relevant Customer Content is processed for Model Improvement.
12.5
Unless otherwise agreed, a Model Improvement exclusion applies prospectively only and does not require deletion of De-identified Training Material already created or retraining of models already developed, unless required by applicable law, a competent authority, a court or the applicable Subscription Plan.
Section 13 — External Sharing
A private or password-protected link still has to be shared lawfully; the protection doesn't move responsibility off you. Once something leaves the service — downloaded, copied, forwarded — we can't control or delete those copies.
13.1
The Service may allow the Customer and Authorised Users to share Customer Content, Customer Outputs, clips, playlists, presentations, reports, exports or links externally.
13.2
External sharing may include sharing with players, parents, guardians, agents, opposition clubs, other clubs, schools, universities, social media platforms, scouts, analysts, staff, contractors or other third parties.
13.3
The Customer is responsible for deciding whether external sharing is lawful, appropriate, permissioned and consistent with its own obligations.
13.4
The Customer must ensure that any external sharing complies with:
- (a) applicable law;
- (b) data protection requirements;
- (c) safeguarding obligations;
- (d) parent or guardian permissions;
- (e) player notices and expectations;
- (f) league, competition, club, school, academy and venue rules;
- (g) broadcast and intellectual property rights;
- (h) confidentiality obligations;
- (i) social media policies; and
- (j) internal governance requirements.
13.5
Password-protected, private or restricted links do not remove the Customer's responsibility for lawful and appropriate sharing.
13.6
The Customer is responsible for managing link recipients, passwords, expiry settings, access settings, onward sharing risk and withdrawal of access.
13.7
The Customer is responsible for onward sharing by recipients to the extent the Customer enables, authorises or fails to control such sharing through available settings. Nothing in this section limits VectorPitch's obligations under the Terms, Data Processing Agreement or applicable law in respect of security of the Service.
13.8
Once Customer Content or Customer Outputs are downloaded, exported, screen-recorded, copied, forwarded or shared outside the Service, VectorPitch may be unable to control or delete those external copies.
13.9
VectorPitch may disable external sharing or specific share links where reasonably necessary for legal, security, safeguarding, privacy, rights management, abuse prevention, service integrity or operational reasons.
Section 14 — Downloading, Exporting and Social Media Use
Before posting anything publicly, make sure you have every right it needs: footage, player images, club and league marks, music and commentary included.
14.1
The Service may allow the Customer to download or export Customer Content, Customer Outputs, clips, playlists, reports, data, tags, annotations or related outputs.
14.2
The Customer is responsible for all use of downloaded or exported content.
14.3
The Customer must not publish or share Customer Content or Customer Outputs on social media or other public channels unless it has all required rights, permissions, consents, notices and lawful bases to do so, including rights in footage, player images, club marks, league marks, competition marks, broadcast graphics, music, commentary and third-party materials.
14.4
The Customer must take particular care before publishing or sharing content involving children, opposition players, referees, staff, spectators, parents, guardians or other incidental individuals.
14.5
VectorPitch is not responsible for content after it has been downloaded, exported or shared outside the Service by or on behalf of the Customer, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Section 15 — Upload, Sharing and Permission Confirmations
When you confirm an upload or a share, we may log who confirmed it and when as an audit record. Ticking the box doesn't move responsibility to us — the content is still yours to stand behind.
15.1
VectorPitch may require Authorised Users to confirm rights, permissions and responsibilities before uploading Customer Content, enabling external sharing or creating share links.
15.2
An upload confirmation may require the Authorised User to confirm that, to the best of the Customer's knowledge having made reasonable enquiries appropriate to the footage, the Customer has the rights, permissions, notices, consents and lawful bases required to upload, analyse, store, export and share the relevant footage using the Service.
15.3
Where footage may include children or young players, an upload confirmation may require the Authorised User to confirm that, to the best of the Customer's knowledge having made reasonable enquiries appropriate to the footage, the Customer has appropriate parent or guardian permissions, safeguarding controls, and club, academy, school, league or competition permissions.
15.4
VectorPitch may record upload confirmations, sharing confirmations, timestamps, user details, organisation details, IP address, user agent, Subscription Plan, Model Improvement status and related acceptance evidence for audit, legal, compliance and service administration purposes.
15.5
Upload confirmations and sharing confirmations do not transfer responsibility for Customer Content or Customer Outputs from the Customer to VectorPitch.
15.6
Product wording may be shorter than the confirmation wording described in this Policy, adapted for user interface constraints, or split across multiple screens, provided the substance of the confirmation is preserved.
Section 16 — Takedown, Rights Complaints, Privacy Concerns and Safeguarding Concerns
How to raise a complaint and what we do with it. Where a child may be at risk we aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and may restrict access immediately while we look into it. We're not a referee for disputes between you and third parties over rights or selection.
16.1
Rights complaints, takedown requests, external sharing concerns or general content complaints may be sent to support@vectorpitch.com.
16.2
Privacy requests or concerns may be sent to privacy@vectorpitch.com.
16.3
Safeguarding concerns may be sent to safeguarding@vectorpitch.com.
16.4
Security issues should be reported to security@vectorpitch.com.
16.5
A takedown request, rights complaint, privacy concern, safeguarding concern or notice of alleged illegal content should include enough information for VectorPitch to identify the relevant Customer Content or Customer Output, including where available:
- (a) the customer or organisation name;
- (b) the relevant team, match, video, clip, playlist, link or report;
- (c) the nature of the complaint;
- (d) the rights, permissions, privacy, safeguarding, illegal content or legal issue raised;
- (e) contact details for follow-up; and
- (f) any supporting evidence.
16.6
Where a complaint or request concerns personal data in Customer Content and the Customer is the controller, VectorPitch may handle the matter in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement and may refer the requester to the Customer or notify the Customer.
16.7
Where a complaint relates to Customer Content or Customer Outputs controlled by a Customer, VectorPitch may refer the complaint to the Customer, notify the Customer, ask the complainant to contact the Customer, or request additional information.
16.8
VectorPitch will aim to acknowledge safeguarding concerns involving risk to a child within 24 hours of receipt and will take interim action, including restricting access or disabling sharing, where it considers this appropriate pending investigation.
16.9
VectorPitch will aim to respond to rights complaints, takedown requests and notices of alleged illegal content within 10 business days after receiving sufficient information to identify and assess the relevant content.
16.10
The response timeframes in clauses 16.8 and 16.9 are targets and not guarantees. Complex complaints, incomplete notices, competing rights claims, regulatory issues, safeguarding issues, privacy issues or legal questions may take longer to assess or resolve.
16.11
VectorPitch may restrict access to, disable sharing of, remove or suspend Customer Content or Customer Outputs while investigating a rights complaint, safeguarding concern, privacy concern, security issue, notice of alleged illegal content or legal issue.
16.12
VectorPitch may decline to act on a complaint where it lacks sufficient information, appears abusive, appears fraudulent, is not within VectorPitch's control, or should properly be directed to the Customer as controller, rights holder or responsible organisation.
16.13
Nothing in this Policy requires VectorPitch to adjudicate disputes between customers and third parties about footage rights, broadcast rights, player permissions, league rules, competition rules, employment matters, selection matters or similar disputes.
16.14
Any restriction, suspension, takedown, disabling of sharing or other action taken by VectorPitch in response to a complaint is not an admission of liability, wrongdoing or responsibility, and does not mean that VectorPitch has determined the merits of the complaint.
Section 17 — Digital Services Act
Where the Digital Services Act applies to our hosting of your content, its notice-and-action mechanism governs how we handle reports of allegedly illegal content.
17.1
Where the Digital Services Act applies to VectorPitch's hosting of Customer Content, the notice and action mechanism in section 16 is intended to operate as VectorPitch's mechanism for notices concerning alleged illegal content.
17.2
Where the Digital Services Act applies, VectorPitch will handle notices concerning alleged illegal content and communicate decisions in accordance with its applicable obligations under the Digital Services Act.
17.3
Nothing in this Policy requires VectorPitch to treat all Customer Content disputes, rights complaints, privacy concerns, safeguarding concerns or customer support requests as illegal-content notices under the Digital Services Act.
17.4
Further information about VectorPitch's Digital Services Act compliance may be published at /legal or another legal notice page.
Section 18 — Preservation, Disclosure and Serious Harm
We may preserve or hand over content and records where the law requires it, or where it's needed to protect people, rights or safety.
18.1
VectorPitch may preserve and disclose Customer Content, Customer Outputs, account information and related records where reasonably necessary or legally required for investigation, safeguarding, security, legal compliance, law enforcement, protection of rights and safety, enforcement of the Terms or this Policy, or response to a competent authority.
18.2
Where legally permitted and where VectorPitch considers it appropriate in the circumstances, VectorPitch will endeavour to notify the Customer of law enforcement, regulatory or authority requests relating to Customer Content.
18.3
VectorPitch will report child sexual abuse material, child exploitation content and related unlawful material to relevant law enforcement, child protection, regulatory or reporting authorities where required by applicable law.
18.4
VectorPitch may also report serious safeguarding concerns, credible threats, serious security threats or other serious harm to appropriate authorities where it reasonably considers this appropriate or where required by law.
18.5
VectorPitch may take urgent action without prior notice where it reasonably believes that Customer Content, Customer Outputs or use of the Service may create legal, safeguarding, privacy, security, rights management, abuse prevention, service integrity or serious harm risks.
Section 19 — VectorPitch Access to Customer Content and Customer Outputs
Our people can reach your content only for defined purposes — running the service, support, security, abuse investigation — and access is restricted to authorised staff with a legitimate reason.
19.1
VectorPitch personnel may access Customer Content and Customer Outputs only where required for purposes described in the Terms, Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Notice, AI and Model Improvement Notice or this Policy.
19.2
Permitted access purposes may include:
- (a) providing the Service;
- (b) support and troubleshooting;
- (c) security and abuse investigation;
- (d) rights complaints;
- (e) safeguarding concerns;
- (f) legal compliance;
- (g) quality investigation;
- (h) Model Improvement where permitted by the applicable Subscription Plan and legal documents; and
- (i) enforcing the Terms or this Policy.
19.3
Internal access to Customer Content and Customer Outputs is restricted to authorised personnel with a legitimate need for access.
Section 20 — Enforcement
If we reasonably believe the rules have been broken we can act. If you think an enforcement decision was wrong, email support within 30 days and we'll review it in good faith, though access isn't automatically restored meanwhile. Repeat breaches can lead to suspension or termination.
20.1
VectorPitch may take action where it reasonably believes that the Customer, an Authorised User, Customer Content, Customer Outputs or use of the Service breaches this Policy, the Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, safeguarding obligations or security requirements.
20.2
Enforcement actions may include:
- (a) issuing a warning;
- (b) requiring removal or correction of Customer Content or Customer Outputs;
- (c) disabling external sharing;
- (d) disabling specific links;
- (e) restricting downloads or exports;
- (f) limiting access to specific videos, clips, playlists, reports, teams, squads, accounts or organisations;
- (g) suspending an Authorised User;
- (h) suspending an organisation;
- (i) removing Customer Content or Customer Outputs;
- (j) restricting or suspending features;
- (k) terminating access in accordance with the Terms; and
- (l) reporting unlawful content or conduct to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
20.3
VectorPitch will limit enforcement action to the affected account, user, organisation, feature, Customer Content or Customer Output where this is reasonable, lawful and sufficient to address the relevant risk or breach.
20.4
VectorPitch may act without prior notice where it reasonably believes that immediate action is necessary for legal, security, safeguarding, privacy, rights management, abuse prevention, service integrity or operational reasons.
20.5
Where VectorPitch takes enforcement action without prior notice, VectorPitch will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Customer as soon as practicable after taking that action, unless notice would be unlawful, compromise security, prejudice an investigation, create safeguarding risk or otherwise be inappropriate in the circumstances.
20.6
Where a Customer believes that an enforcement action was taken in error or was disproportionate, the Customer may submit a written request for review to support@vectorpitch.com within 30 days after the enforcement action. VectorPitch will review the request in good faith. A review request does not automatically reinstate access pending the outcome of the review.
20.7
VectorPitch will reinstate access or reverse enforcement action where, following review, VectorPitch determines that the action was taken in error or that the underlying issue has been resolved to VectorPitch's satisfaction.
20.8
VectorPitch may suspend or terminate accounts, organisations or access rights that repeatedly upload infringing, unlawful, unsafe, unauthorised or prohibited Customer Content, or that repeatedly breach this Policy.
20.9
The Customer remains responsible for fees and obligations accrued before suspension, restriction or termination.
Section 21 — Cooperation and Investigation
You cooperate reasonably with us on suspected breaches and rights complaints — telling us where content came from and what permissions exist. Not cooperating can itself lead to suspension or removal.
21.1
The Customer must cooperate reasonably with VectorPitch in relation to suspected breaches of this Policy, rights complaints, privacy concerns, security issues, safeguarding concerns, unlawful content, misuse or regulatory inquiries.
21.2
Cooperation may include providing information about:
- (a) the source of Customer Content;
- (b) rights and permissions;
- (c) notices and consents;
- (d) league, club, academy, school, university or competition approvals;
- (e) Authorised User activity;
- (f) external sharing;
- (g) safeguarding controls;
- (h) data protection compliance; and
- (i) relevant correspondence or evidence.
21.3
Failure to cooperate reasonably may result in suspension, restriction, removal of Customer Content or Customer Outputs, or termination in accordance with the Terms.

We may update this Policy, with at least 30 days' advance notice where the change is material.
23.1
VectorPitch may update this Policy from time to time.
23.2
Where changes are material, VectorPitch will provide at least 30 days' advance notice through the Service, by email to registered account contacts, or by posting a notice on the VectorPitch website, unless a shorter period is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, safeguarding or urgent operational reasons.
